Membership & Support
We welcome your support and contributions to our community vision. We are have acquired land on the East Bank of Luxor and are planning the building project. The land is a beautiful, verdant site in a peaceful setting on the edge of the Nile, the ideal size for our project. We are currently bringing in a select number of people who would like to be involved in the project. There are different levels of involvement, from core founding member, to involvement at later stages. Please check the options below and get in touch via the signup form.
Membership Options
Initial Phase - Land Purchase
Land purchase will enable you to qualify as a founder member and own shares in the project
Site area & price:
There are plots of land available with investment ranging from $12,000 - $24,000+
The process: apply by email and we will set up a zoom meeting. Your lawyer can meet with our lawyer to discuss the details. We will set up your land viewing at a time convenient for you. To purchase land in Egypt an Egyptian residency stamp is needed for foreigners, which we can facilitate for you.

Purchase land & become a member
Your land purchase will qualify you as a full or honorary member of the community project, and a shareholder in the company. You will have the option to build a personal dwelling or holiday home, be involved in the main builiding project, or offer your expertise in a specific area. You will enjoy use of the centre for yourself /your groups and play an active role in the community.
